What is with Miami-Dade election officials?

their job is collecting votes and counting them.

everytime they get started on one of these things, it's like they get cold feet.

And federal laws with teeth in them.

Over the past decade I've watched the GOP rolling back the Voting Rights Act as if it were nothing. This HAS to stop.
