I've thought for a while that, post conventions, Hillary's numbers would start a slow but steady climb, with the reverse for Trump.

Some polls will show 5-8pt gain starting next mon/tues, while some will remain roughly the same.
It will depend on the poll and methodology, I'd guess that the older traditional polls will show the larger swing.
Just my analytical guess.
