No Concession Speech? Only a Victory Speech?

I am very surprised that losing seem to catch Romney off guard. That his team was so certain of victory that they didn't even prepare a concession speech. I understand they are disappointed - but they had to consider the possibility given the polls. They knew it would be close.

What do others think - more smoke and mirrors?

I think it was either empty bluster or some kind of superstitious thing. PsychProfessor Nov 2012 #1

Man he did look miserable though giving his very short speech. He was sweating and pale. I wondered if he might just drop dead right there of a heart attack.
