That was my understanding.

Recently, the courts struck down the unconstitutional voter ID laws in Wisc., Texas, North Carolina. Those states have also participated in a lot of gerrymandering.

I am concerned. We can't expect the same people to vote this GE that voted 4 years ago for Obama. These strict voter ID laws makes it harder to vote, which is the very reason repubs do it!

So much for the greatest democracy in the world. That is just no longer true.
