No matter what tax breaks and deregulation corporate American might hope for from Trump...

...you'd think by now even they'd be terrified of the prospects of a Trump presidency. Tax breaks and deregulation aren't worth a whole lot of the country flies out of control and the economy collapses.

I'd guess that the smart (wedded to trickle-down economics, greedy, selfish, but still somewhat smart) money will be using their outsized, unfair influence to push for a Trump loss while trying to keep Republican control of Congress.

I'm of course hoping they've overplayed their hand so that the Senate, maybe even the House, will end up in the somewhat less sold-out hands of Democrats.
