New prop bet: Assuming there is a first debate, will there be...

A pre-debate smile and handshake?

If not, who will refuse it: Clinton, Trump or both?

Frankly, considering Trump's history, I think he completely ignores her coming out on stage and looks damn smug doing it (Again, assuming he even deigns the debate with his presence.).

After all, they knew each other socially for years before this, and it would totally disarm him and throw him off his game deciding how to respond. A big smile, warm and open expression, wide arms, coming right at him.

Ask Chris Christie how well pictures of wingnuts hugging democrats go over on the right. But if he refuses he looks like a cad and a bully.

about it for days. Melania should be worried and all that nonsense. Hillary should just be the professional that she is and make him look small.

Trump is a ham and will play nice for the cameras at the start. Hillary will stoically smile and then proceed to rip him a new one during the course of the debate.

I don't think there will be a second debate because Trump will show how little he know of substance and will wessle out of it.

Trump did it during the primaries. I don't see this differently. Does he hate Hillary? I don't think so at all.

He didn't mind Hillary when they were going to parties together. He loathes her now.

And Ben Carson says she works for Lucifer.

Also little known fact but Trump is a germophobe who hates shaking hands and carries hand sanitizer around with him.

I just cracked up watching Bill Maher refer to Ivanka Trump as "Marilyn Munster."

a pre-debate decision on whether name-calling i.e Crooked Hillary, should be allowed. If so what should be the penalty.

Also, if a candidate lies about something easily discernable (like we know Trump will do) should the coordinator ignore it or should he/she call them on it. Candi Crowley made a correction against Romney in one of his debates and the Repugs were up in arms about it, so I don't believe there will be any fact checking in any of the debates. That leaves Clinton with the dilemma of whether or not to use her time calling him out on his lies or answering her questions. If she tries to correct his lies, or call him out on a lie, she'll be there all night.
