perhaps any desires that trump will be replaced are not so good after all...

let's say trump was dumped and mitt romney came forward to be the nominee. there would likely be such a huge relief by repubs
that romney would be stampeded with support, the repubs would solidify and unify and suddenly there would be a close race...again.

IMO it's better they keep trump and we don't wish him to drop out.

Had any one of the other Republican nominees won with the exception of Ted Cruz I think that Hillary would not be leading in the polls. Kasich, Rubio, Christie, Bush. Had any one of those guys been the Republican nominee I'm not saying Hillary would lose but it would be a much closer race and I'm not so sure she'd be ahead in the polls. Hard to say because it is Trump but we need Trump to stay in this thing. I am not wishing he bows out or is replaced.

Hillary would be winning regardless. No, she is not ahead just because Trump is the candidate. Tired of hearing that.

The base voted for Trump. They aren't going to stand for him being deposed.

Pssst - Evan McMullin has tapped into Romney's donor network.

We want him injured, but not so injured that even his ego recognizes he's gonna get pasted and leave.

And Trump voters would not be happy...also, Hillary is winning...she would win regardless of who the Republican candidate is. Your concern is duly noted.
