Must we consider everything Trump says as sarcasm?

Nothing he says can be taken seriously or literally then. This is the guy who "says what he means" according to his surrogates and supporters.

So which is it Trump all sarcasm or all serious? The voters have a right to know. Oh and where are your tax returns?

I've known guys like this and I bet you have too. Self important idiots who trample on everyone around them. When they eventually go too far they hide behind the old "hey I was just kidding!" excuse. Only one problem - everyone knows they weren't kidding and they are full of shit.
