...and there obviously is something seriously amiss with this man. As for all those charts and stuff--they remind me of nothing so much as a Monty Python sketch of some political "briefing"...maybe the Andy Kaufman jokes are true after all...

When he has to stand there and read the charts first to figure out what they say. Watch him he he barely shows them to the audience. Just shows what happens when you hand a chimp a chart.
