Does Donald Trump not understand the meaning of the word "sarcasm"?

If I say, "We all know Donald Trump ALWAYS tells the truth" that means "We all know Donald Trump is an inveterate liar."

So, now he's saying his claim that President Obama "founded ISIS" was meant to be sarcastic. Wouldn't that mean the opposite of what he thinks he's trying to say?

Honestly, I simply cannot comprehend how this loser is anywhere close to the White House.

They deal with it the same way a dog deals with a Rubik's Cube: They might enjoy playing with it, but they don't understand that it's a puzzle and not just weirdly shaped ball.
