Is Trump having a breakdown?

Ever since the conventions, Trump has become increasingly erratic and impulsive. Look at what has happened since Cleveland and Philadelphia: horrible conduct toward the Khan family, the Purple Heart incident which offended vets, refusing to endorse other republicans, seeing a video that didn't exist, calling Hillary a monster and the devil, saying Obama founded Isis, saying Obama didn't and then sort of did, claiming he'll win PA (down by 15) and if he doesn't it's because Hillary cheated, telling followers to monitor polls on Election Day, insisting on campaigning in states that never go republican, and then the other day thinking out loud that maybe someone would knock off Hillary and then claiming he just wants gun owners to vote.

Now according to MSNBC, Trump is no longer to campaign without some republican official - a Trumpsitter.

Something has gone off the rails. I think we are going to eventually find out that the party is now creating some kind of facade to keep the public from finding out that Trump is suffering from some severe psychological impairment.

Imagine what is going on in private behind closed doors. It's frightening.

The Republican Party is inflicting great damage on our country by allowing this to go on. The fact that no one is stepping up to put a stop to this is a disgrace.

Prior to the convention, most of his attacks were o his competitors, mostly Cruz because he was the last one standing against Don the Con.

After the convention, his opposition broadened to ANYONE who spoke against him.

Watch him. It's obvious someone has told him to tone it down and concentrate on policy differences between him & Hillary. He tried with the economic speech, but you could see how uncomfortable he was, especially with not being allowed to respond to the protesters that were hollering out at him.

I've heard this is the way he runs his businesses, never letting a negative comment go without attacking back, and I believe he has told his "handlers" (or those who are trying to handle him) that this is the way he succeeded in business, & how he won the primary, so he's going to continue, no matter what they say.

Even though Hillary is ahead comfortably in this election, we really need to remember that things can change on a dime. Hillary is not out of the woods yet, and Trump could make a dramatic comeback and win.

Had to put that out there cause I don't want us to get too comfortable and giddy .

Himself and forcing his will on those who oppose him. In NYC, 20 yrs ago he wanted to build mammoth 10 block Hudson River front apartment towers. The Yankees considered building their new stadium on the same property. The Upper West Side was being invaded by developers with money from out of the country. (another reason to overturn CU).

They are there today, thrust into the skyline, blocking the view of the Sunset of longtime residents.

I mean, is the attack on the Kahns any worse than Trump saying McCain is not a war hero because he was captured?

The difference is we are in general election mode now, without the distraction of 15 other GOP opponents, and no Dem primary battle.

Instead of being compared to GOP clown car idiots, he is being compared to our utterly qualified, articulate candidate, and the contrast is striking to voters. And the media is actually calling out some of his lies.

Sleep

He bragged that he takes no naps, watches cable til late hours, and wakes early. He probably only sleeps 4-5 hours each cycle. That will drive one mad.
