Why don't presidential candidates make more clear and frequent calls for a same-party congress?

Is this happening, but somehow I'm missing it?

Why wouldn't a candidate of party X frequently exhort their supporters, "When you go to the polls to vote for me, make sure you also vote for the Senator and House member of party X, so we can get these things done!"?

Is is weirdly considered some kind of sign of weakness to admit the obvious truth that Presidents can't do anywhere near as much without Congressional help?

She has been working to help elect Democratic Senators and House members. The House is a reach, but the Senate is surely in play and she, her surrogates and her coordinated or combined campaign are working hard to bring a Democratic Congress with her.

Seems to me that it would be a major talking point with each speech. Why isn't it?
