The material is designated classified so it will need to be reviewed by congressional officials in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, or SCIF

A lot of classified information can just be viewed in a room with no windows. Just because SOME classified is so hush-hush a bank vault isn't secure enough for it doesn't mean it all is.
