they'll barely give her 7 seconds of denying any wrongdoing and spend the rest of the time talking about what "people are saying" and showing trump question her integrity and then ask republican analysts to weigh in.

He is correct, a press conference is not necessary here, and her smart advisors are correct in telling her not to.

6. So, when was Trump's last real press conference? Not what he does on FoxNews, but a real one?

Instead of holding news conferences, she is doing what she did yesterday in CA, addressing small business owners. The same thing Tim Kaine was doing in CO. The same thing she did during the primaries. Nobody is going to dictate or intimidate her, or her campaign managers, into doing anything that they don't want to.All a news conference would amount ti is questions about email and the Clinton Foundation. There would be no questions about how she is going to help the average American. Hell, to most news media, that just doesn't sell enough papers or make the evening news.

9. After reading the AP article on the Clinton Foundation, there's no need.

The media are lazy. They read the first paragraphs of the AP story and go ballistic. Any idiot who read the entire article could see the bias throughout the piece.

Clinton has a choice. She can skip press conferences and she will predictably be attacked for doing so just as she has been. The outcome? A continuation of the status quo.

She can have a press conference. She will face questions about the AP story, her damn emails (as Bernie would say, bless him), and her health. Predictably, the media will pick apart her answers, sensationalize whatever they can, and the right-wing media will create red meat to chew on for a week or two. The outcome? A net negative.

11. Exactly. The only answer the media will accept is ...

... if Hillary comes to the podium and declares that she is 100% GUILTY of every charge the RW has ever made.

Killed Vince Foster, stole the W keys on every government computer after Bill left office, killed Chris Stevens and the others intentionally, tricked bill into letting Monica give him a hummer, is part of the Muslim sisterhood, founded ISIS, and cheats at bingo!

Less than that, "questions still remain" will be the media response.

The spoiled, pampered, self-righteous DC media don't have the collective brains to actually analyze anything. It's all gotcha and horse race.

Anyone who questions this should re-watch any Obama press conference ever.

Andrea Mitchell would call for her brain with a side of fava beans.

I think there is enough dissection... Let's first see what Donald has in his tax returns, pending litigations, etc. etc. etc.

the woman offered the same opinion.

Realize that you are a select group...predisposed to supporting Hillary. I think the vast majority wants - or will soon expect - an open forum. Esp. since Trump is dogging her on it.
