Related: About this forumYoung Blacks Voice Skepticism on Hillary Clinton, Worrying Democrats
But when the participants were asked about Hillary Clinton, their appraisals were just as blunt and nearly as biting.
What am I supposed to do if I dont like him and I dont trust her? a millennial black woman in Ohio asked. Choose between being stabbed and being shot? No way!
She was part of the whole problem that started sending blacks to jail, a young black man, also from Ohio, observed about Mrs. Clinton.
Hes a racist, and she is a liar, so really whats the difference in choosing both or choosing neither? another young black woman from Ohio said.

Hillary needs to stop chasing neoconservative votes and go after these people and other leftists.

(11,495 posts)When republicans were being courted by Bernie? I think you need to realize she won, she knows what she is doing, and if republicans want to voter for her, or endorse her, it does not mean she sold out to them.

(7,010 posts)The question should be can she turn out black people in similar or higher numbers than Obama. I do not know that answer.

(53,924 posts)I'm black, many of my friends are, I live in the black community.
How do you get out of that that I am not black?
And what does your post mean?
"So you're not black? I am and a lot of us don't care for I'm voting against
Trump not because I think she's great, because she's not. She's far better than he is."
It's not coherent.

(36,649 posts)People dislike Clinto because of what **IS SAID ABOUT HER** - by people like Trump and other Republicans, like the author of the article linked in the OP.
There is no comparison between the two.

(36,649 posts)To believe otherwise is to unquestioningly accept several million tons of RW elephant shit they've dished out to the American public as steak & pie over the last 30 yrs. Some have been stupid enough to eat it.

(90,367 posts)And it is YES! I don't know if people just don't want to believe it or don't care, but minorities are going to vote for Hillary like their lives depended on it, which is actually true. I could go on and on, but I won't.

(2,542 posts)This is why it was important to be honest back during the primary, instead of how Michelle Alexander behaved.
Clinton should court votes from people who deal in reality, which excludes both neoconservatives AND "other leftists."

I find it hard to believe you typed that in honest.
That being said, POC have good reason to be skeptical. It would be a fine conversation had it not been started with a deceptive article written by a republican. That is the statement being made here.
