Trump's Plan to End Isis and Cut Military Budget at the Same Time

It's a simple plan, really - a "big" plan. He will simply outsource all military activity to the Russians by making a "tremendous deal" with Putin, believe me. We won't need a military, or its expenses, any longer. He'll pay the Russians to do all that, at 25 cents on the dollar. It'll be a "wonderful" deal, a "terrific" deal!

He'll be making this announcement at Andreiski Air Force Base (renamed) on the second day of his presidency, and we'll all be able to relax in knowing that the Russians will take care of that Isis bunch.
