I always laugh when Trump blames Obama for Isis attacks or the fact that we haven't defeated Isis yet. Who does Trump think draws up those war plans? Who does he think is the strategist? Hint, it's not the President. Now the President may have some input on those plans, i.e. limitations on collateral damage, civilian casualties, etc. But you won't ever see President Obama or any other President walk into a briefing room with a bunch of Generals and say, look guys this is my plan I came up with last night after Michele and the girls went to bed. It just doesn't happen that way. There are Military Colleges devoted to developing and determining war strategies. Thank God we have the best military in the world who can adapt to a changing environment. For years we planned for a war with the Soviet Union anticipating it being on their terrain, and ended up going to war in the jungles of Panama where the humidity caused problems with our helicopters' instruments and fighting taking place in an urban environment. We then went to the deserts of Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan where the enemy hides behind women's skirts and blow themselves and women and children up in the marketplace.

....I hadn't even let my mind go to those extremes yet, but the picture you painted of Obama & Michelle coming up with a military plan after the girls went to bed is just golden, and I couldn't help myself.

there are no consequences for lies, hyperbolic "jokes" or blatant absurdities. No one in the press can or will hold up these contradictions and confront him. Trump's "genius" is to realize that it doesn't matter what he says - just Gish Gallop forward. No one has time to confront you when you're already lying about another topic.
