Trump pronounces words in bizarre ways because he can't read off the TelePrompTer at all, and he turns from side to side, holding out a hand as he does so, in an extremely robotic manner. He reminds me of one of those old-school Disney animatronic figures uttering random details and platitudes as it turns awkwardly from side to side.
