The FBI has found a previously unknown Benghazi-related email in its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email server. Then-U.S. Ambassador to Brazil Thomas Shannon, a veteran diplomat, sent the message to State chief of staff Cheryl Mills, who forwarded it to Clinton.
