I wonder if Trump will pull back on exploiting Clinton's fainting lest

1) people feel sorry for her 2) Trump is no where near being able to beat another democratic candidate like Sanders or Biden because the right wing slander machine has been full time against Hillary for the last 4 years and it has increased only her negatives.

The RW have their narrative- Hillary is ill- and this unfortunately feeds into it. And it's (not so) coded sexism pure and simple. She's "fragile" and not physically up to the job (the cause she's female unstated but clear)

I hate these people.

If something happens to Hillary, Kaine will be the nominee.

And he would have a much better chance than either of the ones you mentioned.

But Hillary will be just fine. I am 50, very healthy, and have gotten light-headed on occasion. And my wife of the same age had walking pneumonia over 6 years ago. Took forever to diagnose and a while to cure. But it was not life threatening once she knew she had it.
