It's apparently in his DNA or mental state that something prevents him from ever taking a high road.

I wouldn't be surprised if his campaign staff is trying to drill it into his skull that the only safe way to refer to Hillary at the debate is as "my opponent" or by her name.

As it stands I fully expect him to refer to her at some point during the debates as "crooked" Hillary or refer to her in some other derogatory fashion.

The press has set the bar so low, as long as he doesn't shit his pants or drool all over himself, they'll call it a "win" for him. Hillary can run rings around him at supersonic speed, which she likely will, and the media will still call it in his favor. One can only hope that the Clinton campaign has figured out a way to get him to totally hang himself, where even his media sycophants can't defend him, and that's what they're practicing for.
