What should Hillary say if Trump pretends to be "Presidential"?

And maybe starts out congratulating Hillary on being the first woman nominee of a major party?

I would encourage her to laugh and say something like, "Why thank you Donald. How you've changed. I was wondering which Donald was going to show up tonight. I glad it is the one who has decide to be on his best behavior."

And anytime Trump makes some promise or claim then she needs to ask him to explain how he intends to do that. If she calmly asks him to give details to America and he keeps changing to subject and she gives real plans it will show who is ready.
