On 2nd edit: The video in the OP link still has no audio - I thought the audio was back, but what I suddenly heard was this one which followed the "official" video (and which is not the complete performance):

(5,316 posts)...it is always a good idea to pay the usually nominal licensing fees, or at least get permission to use such things.
I say that, of course, as a copyright/publishing holder of recorded music - full disclosure - although, I can't say I have a lot of problems with people trying to use my recorded material, since most humans alive today have never heard it.

Now we know this wasn't organized by the Clinton campaign. They would have secured permission for audio.
