4. Remember, much of that's on "style" where Pence was stronger. But Kaine did well enough.

VP debates don't change much. Pence had the easier job as far as just not seeming like a total nutcase. Kaine did well making him deny and deny provable things.

Just shows you how great Dem's are...we can be objective. But just wait until folks really unpack this debate and dissect it a little bit....Kaine really did end up getting the edge. Not sure why people thought Pence did "better than expected"...I mean we've all seen him talk and deflect before....IMO he performed up to par as he normally does. He never does defend Trashpot and tonight was no different.

That sums up a lot right there... and the differences could not be clearer.

15. I can see that. I can also see Kaine looking better on facts and highlighting key issues over

next few days. If I were truly an undecided who wasn't partial to Democratic principles, I might consider Pence "winner," but not enough to offset Trump's pandering to white wing ideology.

Kaine did good enough and was right on facts. He might have "won," had he not interrupted as much and have that annoying grin when he did. But, overall, I'm fine with his style and definitely good with his principles.

16. Pence was on his heals all night. I felt sorry for the guy.

Kaine had him cornered the whole evening. If 48/42 is the split, that has the built in 26% core Rep voter, so it was more like 42/22 for Kaine.

Yeah, maybe higher still for Kaine.
