Reminder: Trump's language is similar to what we've heard before from a GOP presidential

candidate. This is how W answered a question from a newspaper reporter in 2000:

Question: "When you're not talking about politics, what do you and your father talk about?"
Bush: "Pussy."

The main difference is the admission of sexual assault by Trump.

OTOH, Bush said that to a reporter from a newspaper--so he thought such crudeness about women was perfectly appropriate for public airing.

Like many other wealthy, powerful men, when he was governor of California there was a constant stream of new stories about all the women he had sexually harassed and molested as a movie star. "Gropegate" was a frequent headline in our local papers, as one sex scandal after another was revealed.
