I am a Sanders supporter and seldom post here...

But you better watch for this-the GOP is panicking and discussing what could happen if post-Donald is tomorrow. Maybe because I live 20 miles from Lake Winnipesaukee and Wolfeboro and because this is the primo foliage weekend of the year-yeah-maybe it's that, but I could almost swear I could hear the sound of arthritic Romney knees doing deep-knee bends down by the stone boathouse of a multi-million dollar estate while whispering to himself "they like me, they really like me...". You watch for it and be aware-after today Romney is the only one who could bring a real challenge because only he could begin to heal the party rift....I guarantee on a frosted moonlit boathouse lawn, the fluffing has begun...

But if Romney entered with a trump endorsement I would worry. And i am certain that given a proper spin (GOP claims trump was treated unfairly but stepped aside for the good of the country) plus cash Trump would sell it since there could never be a class action suit...

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Trump can't be replaced at this point. Voting is already going on in some states, including ine.

but Trump's independents won't go for establishment GOP the same way. The deplorables dance to Trump's dog whistle orchestra.

He's going to do a pretend heartfelt apology and try to "move on"...he's not just going to give it up, he thinks he knows it all and he figures he can get out of this too.

Trump would need to quit (or die) to be replaced, and I don't think his huge ego will allow him to quit.

The only way enough Trump supporters would jump ship to Romney is if Trump quit and proclaimed that his candidacy was a charade to help Hillary win. That idea has floated around for awhile, so many people (especially Clinton haters) might be willing to believe it.

I don't foresee that happening either because it would be suicide to Trump's brand. It's taken strong hits already, obviously, but that would be an obvious death blow that Trump wouldn't accept.

There has been a release of emails of clinton's speeches to wall street. Seems Sanders was right about her the whole time. If they are correct they paid a quarter of million for something. But I really would have to question the validity of the emails, easy to be doctored.

That Hillary might lose motivated you to make a post?

Got it.

With the help of many great supporters, Bernie perhaps the most important, Hillary has this. Are you still with Bernie?
