Roy Coen. A dirtier lowlife never lived. But that's where he got the advice to tie everyone and anyone up with NDAs. All his dealings. So no one could ever open their mouths about the injustices perpetrated against them. He has felt 10 feet tall and bullet proof his whole life, and used NDAs and lawsuits to intimidate and muzzle. I wouldn't be surprised if his kids are under NDA.
