"Hillary Clinton and her kind"?

What did Trump mean by saying,"Hillary Clinton and her kind have run our country into the ground." Is he blaming all women, the Democrats, feminists, every senior, college educated women, grandmas, wives, moms, lawyers, senators, first ladies, political activists, advocate for women's rights? The list goes on, but Trump still isn't blaming himself.
