Frankly, it would be a "brilliant" move on his part. She will attract all kinds of wackos who may be faltering, and shore up his "rebel" (in more ways than one) attitude toward politics.

She already risked everything to buy the position and would gladly accept in order to delay prosecution of her own crimes.

But I'm not sure I agree with the premise. I think Chris Christie would be the first asked and the first to accept, in order to delay his own trials.
