Will Trump's fear of LOSING, LOSING HUGELY in front of the world make hin take an out and drop out?

As it stands, Trump is set to face an historic defeat in front of the entire world. Many have speculated that he doesn't even really WANT to be president.

The Big Questions are:

- Will his EGO let him drop out or bow down?

- Will his EGO let him endure an almost certain epic defeat in front of the whole world?

- Will his Narcissistic Personality Disorder keep him from perceiving the negative evidence about himself and his chances?

This race is truly one for the history books, and a election season version of "Mr. Toad's Wild Ride". We'll have to see.

I just wish this had happened later, so there would be no time for the GOP to come up with a replacement plan.

Trump's narcissism won't let him contemplate the possibility that he's losing. VMA131Marine Oct 2016 #1

No. I don't think Trump is capable of imagining that he could possibly lose. The Velveteen Ocelot Oct 2016 #4

Maybe, but his brand is screwed forever no matter what he does. TonyPDX Oct 2016 #6
Exactly. His brand is ruined either way, but he could extort something from GOP for dropping out NAO Oct 2016 #7

He'll be in denial to the end then blame everybody but himself.

HE is the victim here. He's going to make somebody pay for this.

I am in the UK and my American friends who live here just filled out their ballots. They are going out in Monday's mail. Absentee ballots and ballots to overseas voter have already gone out. Most states are already printing out ballots

He's such a narcissist that he believes he's winning, regardless of what is actually happening. To him all that stuff is just made-up nonsense from the Liberal Media and the Clinton campaign. He is still getting the support of the alt-right/white supremacist/low-info voter crowd and he truly believes that's enough to win.

His brand would be done
With nothing in return
Fighting it out is the only way
I see him going
If the GOP turns on him he will take them down

He faces certain loss of the election and permanent damage to his brand.

BUT...he has leverage on the GOP - they desperately want him to drop out. He might make a "deal" where he can "win" somethig.
