Romney: Hitting on married women? Condoning assault? Such vile degradations demean our wives and daughters and corrupt America's face to the world.

Jeb Bush: As the grandfather of two precious girls, I find that no apology can excuse away Donald Trump's reprehensible comments degrading women.

Thune: Donald Trump should withdraw.

This needs to be the response to each and every Republican and/or Trump apologist who denounces him, however strongly.
Because this is what counts. Actions, not words.
If they are sooo offended by what he has done, but still say that they want him to be the President, then they're not that offended -- and that's a millstone that will hang around their neck for some time to come.
If they say no, that's another marble in the jar. Which they know, which means it will be even that much more a show of character by saying no. Too little, too late? Probably. But hey, he's your guy -- if "better than an advocate of sexual assault" is the new bar to clear, you're the one who set it so low.
