We are stuck with the Constitution that can only be changed by the supreme court being political. National amendments are impossible now.

The senate is skewed by tiny states that vote RW.

The electoral college is crap.

4 year presidential elections are unbearable.

electoral boundaries are distorted to favor incumbents
