Let's be clear - selling insurance across state lines will only make it worse

as the insurance companies all "move" their headquarters to the state with the fewest mandates and other regulations.

Just like the credit card companies all "moved" to South Dakota where the usury laws are practically non-existent.

providing you follow the laws and regs of the state you are selling in.

This is just a race to the bottom concept to do an end run around the state insurance commisioners.
