"She"

Am I the only one who thought it was really disrespectful that he kept referring to Hillary Clinton as "she", rather than "Secretary Clinton", or even just "Hillary"?

I thought it was as bad as McCain referring to Barack Obama as "that one".

Frankly, I must have blanked out during that bit because I don't remember it. My blood pressure was going through the roof.

He said she was "evil" why did she resort to social norms at the end. He crossed the line several times. She should have just played it totally cold.

and painted her as unprofessional and unpresidential and easily offended. I liked that she did not show the slightest sign of anger.

I think that refusing to refer to HRC by her name was an attempt to annoy her, but she didn't go for the bait. I'm sure she's used to sexist people being dismissive and disrespectful of her all the time. I only wish I could be that cool under attack.

that he's being beaten by a woman. Normally, he would put a woman in her place by making sexual comments, or disparaging her, or talking over her, but he's now in a situation where he can't get away with any of that. And he hates it.
