There is one last low rung on Trump's election ladder, and it could put him back in it.

He has nothing left to lose, but the base he snatched from the GOP. I think it is a possibility that he will openly go White Identity Nationalistic.

Every last racist will get off the couch, hit the polls, and close the gap.

He is "that guy", and so are his supporters, and many who have remained passive during previous elections. He would remain a hero to those people for the rest of his life.

I think he has that demographic locked up pretty well. It seems to be the only ones attending his rallies.

He's made enough "outreach" to that segment and they've gladly jumped on board. Going Full Nazi wouldn't gain him any more support since that segment of the population has willingly embraced him as one of their own.

Another 2 POC match that, coupled with another Republican woman flipping or staying home (and polls are absolutely not capturing this, how many women with conservative husbands say Trump on the phone out of fear of the husband hearing but will vote Hillary in the booth?)

They were already voting. They do not make up enough to "close the gap".

White men (as of 2014) are only 31% of the population - and that figure represents ALL white men. This is why you see the worst of them freaking out.

If you take out the fraction of them who might be hard core Trump-supporting KKK freaks plus cowardly vote R no matter what types (being generous here) - i.e., you maybe have 60% of that 31%. So that means 19% of the population (white men) supporting Trump. The difference is then being made up by Trump-supporting women (plus some odds & ends Cubans & RW Mexican-Americans still hanging on) to get the totals up into the 40s, and some of those are now slowly being peeled away.

The demographics are not favorable for him unless non-whites sit it out (which happens too much during off-year elections).
