he acted in the last debate, I don't think Hillary would be blamed if she declared she was done and the issue in this election is clear - Donald Trump is not capable or qualified to be POTUS.

#1 Chris Wallace and Shep Smith are the two most reasonable people at Faux. I think Wallace would be respectable, particularly with regard to the facts.

#2 There is a different atmosphere with Ailes gone. Not a 180 but an undercurrent

#3 There are very strong rumors that this whole Britebart thing was the first step in setting up the Trump network to out-crazy Faux. Faux isn't quite sure what to do with this. We see O;Reilly trying to appear the reasonable person next to Trump (which is almost unavoidable anyway).

Trump may feel that with as many enemies as he is making this week, he could well suffer the indignity of being trounced in the "Fox Debate". That could cause a real rift in Trump's base -- not a factor in the election, but definitely a factor as he tries to set up his network.

Remember that Faux still needs access to people like McCain, Ryan, and McConnell. So if they have to take sides ...

By putting out the idea that he was done with the debates before more shit hits the fan, he hopes to make it about the commission, not him.

If it is I'd gladly put a lot of money on it, I'll even give half of the money I make to the DNC.

If we all did this we would be well on our way to having a great war chest for 2018!

He'll show up. He'll do his requisite whining beforehand. He'll say that Wallace is a Democrat. He'll say that it'll be rigged. He'll say he won't be treated fairly. Then he'll show up. He has to show up. His only shot is a Hail Mary where he can throw a nuke into the whole thing.

You're gonna' lose cheetoh. A woman is going to kick your ass. That's gotta' hurt.

After his first two schlongings, Trump is looking to get out of the last debate, I can't really blame him. What's the point of getting emasculated for the third time, when you have zero chance of winning the election?
