He runs commercials on fox and msnbc at the same time. However, I am not compelled to make a purchase. How about you?

(13,108 posts)I didn't know she did.
She really likes it.
I think she said it was almost 10 years old.
She must have bought hers when they first came out.

(34,423 posts)I couldn't afford a new mattress, but the one I was sleeping on was intolerable. I'd wake up every hour or so because my hips hurt so much. I'd wake up in serious pain. I have chronic pain issues anyway, so it was excruciating. I got a 70% off e-coupon so I ordered the mattress topper. Honest to God, I slept through the night and woke up pain free. This sounds like an ad, but it's true. The pillow is nothing special, though. Definitely not worth $79.

(53,041 posts)I didn't care for it. I need to invent my own pillow.
The guy sells on QVC though, and those are high volume sales. He does well.
I won't complain though since the pillows are made in my home state.

(17,133 posts)OAKLAND (CBS SF) Ten California district attorneys led by Alameda County D.A. Nancy OMalley Monday announced an approximately $1 million settlement of allegations that a Minnesota pillow company engaged in false and misleading advertising.
The district attorneys sued My Pillow Inc. of Chaska, Minnesota, last Wednesday in Alameda County Superior Court in Oakland and filed a stipulated settlement, reached with the cooperation of the company and its attorneys, on the same day.
The lawsuit alleged the company conducted false and misleading advertising by claiming, without any reliable scientific evidence, that the foam pillows could help people suffering from fibromyalgia, insomnia, migraines, sleep apnea, snoring and restless leg syndrome.
It goes on to indicate that they advertise themselves as the "official bed pillow" of the National Sleep Foundation, but My Pillow has an undisclosed financial relationship with the National Sleep Foundation.
