Just a year ago, the thought to avoid anything to do with Trump wouldn't have crossed my mind.
Now I don't care how deeply discounted his properties are, I will never, ever, ever, put a dime in that man's pocket.

That's actually a pretty funny line! Thankfully, I think his hotel is as close as he'll get to the White House.

(2,674 posts)The only way he can save his brand and make money is to peel off all his Trump voters and form another party. these people will stay with him and he can figure out ways to make money off of them. If the thinks it will be business as before, he'd better wake up.

(37,428 posts)...but I think Trump believed running could somehow shield him from the scrutiny his candidacy guaranteed. Instead, it's become clear that every one of those boats was constructed from cardboard and was used to store oily rags and Galaxy Notes. Radioactive Galaxy Notes.
His losses are going to be huge. He's going to have to come up with some new swindles, and he's going to have to rip off his only remaining marks: whatever political supporters still love him. They are going to lose twice.
