"On Sunday, Trump sparred with Chris Christie, who informally played the role of Mrs. Clinton"

On Sunday, in a debate prep session at his golf club in Bedminster, N.J., Mr. Trump sparred with Gov. Chris Christie, who informally played the role of Mrs. Clinton, according to a second senior adviser, who also requested anonymity to share details of internal campaign activities.

Mr. Christie helped sharpen Mr. Trump for his last debate performance, helping him to more aggressively and coherently attack Mrs. Clinton over her use of a private email server, the adviser said. This time, Mr. Trump’s advisers are preparing lines related to Mrs. Clinton’s health, which Mr. Trump has sought to make an issue of after her bout of pneumonia in September.

2. If Hillary was to need an ambulance at the debate Christie would be a human roadblock.

...my educated guess is that if he paints a picture of a Clinton Presidency as "four more years of Obama," and drags out his half brother, who referred to Trump as a "cool guy," he somehow thinks that will serve as a rejection of Obama, and by default, Clinton.

In other words, he's clutching at straws, hoping for one last blast of "shock & awe," including attacks on Hillary's health.

It's gonna be ugly, but I have every confidence that she will show up fully prepared. There's a story on Huffington Post that says the two families are entering the debate through entrances that will direct them straight to their seats, rather than crossing paths for handshakes, in order to prevent any stunts Trump might be planning.

He's trying to defeat Bill Clinton and Obama, he's focusing on Hillary's health long after that has been put to rest and I can't help but believe he's going to flub tonight's questions in order to bring up more lost battles.
His military school apparently didn't teach him the first basics of tactics. Or of holes...
