It doesn't fit with his narrative of her being a frigid bitch and the reason Bill cheated. So, instead, he tries to paint Bill as the rapist (with lots of help from Alex Jones and Roger Stone), and Hillary covered it up, attacked the women, and enabled it.

It's pretty weaksauce to begin with, but with the rest of his campaign circling the drain, and all of the other flailing desperation moves, this just looks like that much more desperation.

isn't she sort of a sexual predator, what with all the pimping she did for Bill? And she was certainly viciously abusive to Juanita Broaddrick, what with glaring at her as she shook her hand a little too long.

And isn't an enabler just the next thing to a madam?
