Trump has gone full Benghazi-Birther-Wallbuilder for this debate. Invitees:

His invitees include Mrs.Smith, who gave that unhinged-by-grief speech at the convention, Chris Stevens' fiancee, lone survivor Marcus Latrelle, Obama's Kenyan half brother, and four "Angel Moms" whose children were killed by undocumented immigrants. Media rumor is that he'll demand Hillary apologize to Mrs. Smith. IMHO her lone statement should be "I will extend right now an invitation to have a private discussion with any of these people. I have deep respect and sadness for their pain. But I will not participate in making a circus of it." And nothing else. If he keeps on, nothing but silence.

I have never been so disgusted with a human being in my life.

For me, there would be Roger in Lord of the Flies. Technically fictional, but all too real as a murderous nihilist.

But Donald Trump is definitely a top-10 contender.

knows how to handle this with tact and grace...

"Chris, my heart goes out to both of them. Losing a child under any circumstances, especially in this case, two State Department employees, extraordinary men both of them, two CIA contractors gave their lives protecting our country, our values. I understand the grief and the incredible sense of loss that can motivate that. As other members of families who lost loved ones have said, that’s not what they heard, I don’t hold any ill feeling for someone who in that moment may not fully recall everything that was or wasn’t said."

Wallace also claimed that Clinton spoke about the video, but not about terrorism, in her remarks at the transfer of remains ceremony, but as Hillary mentioned, Wallace only needed to roll the tape back a few seconds to see that was not true:

I do think she should add something to the end of your line.

Don, will you please apologize to the extensive list of sexual assault victims in your wake, for damage you have done to young men and women with your sexist, bigoted, and racist beliefs, and for the embarrassment you are as a human being.

From what I've read, they were engaged back in the 90s, and she is an "actress and model." Looks like she's milking this for her 15 minutes of fame - if you search for "Chris Stevens' fiancee" it brings up a bunch of right-wing websites that have interviewed her.

Notice how when he talks about the last debates, he always mentions the ratings? He has no sane, realistic method of viewing the world. It's disgusting and frightening that a presidential candidate acts this way and that such a large part of the American public go along with it.

I wonder what the percentage is of Trump voters who also think that wrestling is real...

They're the only ones left who will vote for him. So he needs to maximize the number of them that are fired-up enough to actually go and vote.

You do that by pulling out all the extremist demagogue stops, and ranting your ass off.

It's the only remaining option with any conceivable chance of influencing the turnout in his favor, however ultimately futile that will be.

Pathetic, this is the most pathetic Presidential candidate in US History. Dukakis must be feeling pretty big right now.

Classic Trump

Hillary has strategy, handlers, and considerable debating skill

Trump, really, has little wiggle room left ... if he thinks a knockout
is going to change the polls ... very few undecideds left, votes are
underway for weeks already ... the best he can hope for is a draw
and a lot of noise from Fox News

Chris Wallace's career is on the line. If he imitates Hannity and O'Reilly
he's going to be laughed from the business
