Some election irregularities already showing up in Indiana

This is from a friend in Bloomington, Indiana - via Facebook:

Hey voters, be aware!

I voted today and I squarely put the pad of my pinky onto the presidential candidate of my choice. At that point the light came on showing that I had voted for the other candidate. I did not take my pinky off the screen. I called the person in charge to come over and look. She was very surprised at what I told her and showed her. She then changed it so that it went back to the candidate who I originally chose.

Rigged? If it is, it's in the other direction. Of course I am in Indiana. This is Pence territory. Easy prey, like Florida was 12 years ago.

I called and reported it to the newspaper.

As with most of you, I am no expert, but I am fairly familiar with and work with touchscreen technology and functionality several times a day (cutting and pasting, pinching, expanding) on my small phone screen and on my Samsung tablet - across several different apps from different companies.

It seems like the typical defense for these anomalies is to say it has something to do with calibration. I don't recall having to recalibrate my screen when I pull up a new app or go from app to app.

As for pinpointing, I can select an icon, or select from a dropdown list, or select an option from a list even in the tiniest fonts on my phone, or select a restaurant on a tiny little map and it seems to get it right every time.

Ain't it something? /s
