31 credible incidents (of voter impersonation) out of one billion ballots cast

First let me say how proud I am of Hillary tonight. To paraphrase Michelle Obama, she went "high" in all three debates, even with a truly despicable opponent. I so look forward to the next eight years of her presidency. I'm convinced she will surprise many with the progress she will accomplish for our country and its' citizens.

The article linked below will speak for itself. Trumps' claim of voter fraud, cheating, rigging or whatever is just patently false. Speaking from personal experience, I have worked precincts in Chicago for years and have never once witnessed, or been approached to commit, voter fraud. Years ago and I mean decades, like 50 years or more, that might have occurred, but not today. The election system has greatly improved and Trump, worse than a child, is grasping for anything that might save him face. Please reference the article for more on this topic.
