Of the things he said about not conceding, this one is the most important

in my view: that Hillary should not even be running, she should be in jail. How dare she run??? I think this is the most important reason in his little pea brain and the thing that angers him the most.

He said she should not be "allowed to run".

Look, an imprisoned felon can run for president if they want to. They can send in the paperwork and campaign from their cell.

But he seems to think that someone should be in charge of who is "allowed" to run. That's how oppressive political systems work.
