In a way, I almost wish the Trump/Billy Bush video hadn't come out til after the elction

Hillary was already trouncing from her debate performance.

The revisionist history of the right will, of course, be that he was going to win, had it not been for that mean ol' video release.

It will be the new "Bill Clinton only won because of Pert" (despite the fact that Clinton led Poppy Bush by even wider margin's in a two-way race.)

A clean win on the issues would have been nice.

But, this is a minor gripe. The guy's a dangerous nut and whatever it takes to beat him works for me.

(other than a little bit on abortion last night), I do think it's fair. If they'd had a reasoned (ha!) debate on things like salary discrepancy, the glass ceiling, the double standard in insurance coverage (e.g., Viagra v. birth control), rape on college campuses, violence against women, and so on, then yes, I would wish that too.

But since they effectively did not - it was a three part re-hash of ISIS and Syria for the most part - I do think it's fair that the release of the tapes propelled the discussion.

In a rational world, though, I'd agree with you.
