Trump's stuff just became a series of nasty comments, not just at Hillary, but offensive to the whole room.

It is relevant. If the many is too stupid to realize you don't make offensive comments about Catholics at a Catholic fund-raising event, this man certain has no business representing the country on the world stage.

(And just to be clear, I wouldn't say that kind of stuff about Catholics in ANY setting. Why does this man have so much hate? I am an atheist and I can still respect and appreciate the contribution of the Catholic church. Why does this man just assume everybody hates blacks, Mexicans, Muslims, Catholics, and Rosie O'Donnell?)

I've never witnessed a speaker being booed at the Al Smith dinner before. Ever. He was that terrible!

A welcome break from the campaign.

This was outrageous - and an insult to the organizers who expect their event to be above partisan politics.

I've watched about a half dozen of these over the years. They're a charity event, and entertaining. Also, a relief after the stress of the political season.

What Trump did tonight was none of those things, and they booed and heckled him! That was a first for me.

So, maybe he just doesn't get how awful he is, lol. I can't wait for the election to be over, like Hillary says towards the end of her jokes before her positive take on the dinner.
