I figured out how Hillary should have responded to Trump's assertion

during the last debate that the Clinton Foundation accepts donations from the Saudis and others with poor rights for women. Typically in the past the Saudis have given money to madras SAS in the middle east but not to poor people outside the middle east or outside of mosques or Muslim schools. By getting the Saudis to participate in the Clinton Foundation and it's programs around the world in places like Haiti or Africa, the Clinton Foundation is getting them into the 21st century. So it is baby steps to get them into a position of some responsibility. They may learn to like and enjoy pulling more of their weight and practising empathy.
