Donald Trump Still Sure He’s ‘The Least Racist Person You’ve Ever Met’

GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump ― the man who accused America’s first black president of lying about his birthplace and called for banning Muslims from the country ― insisted Thursday that not only is he not a racist, but he’s actually “the least racist person you’ve ever met.”

Trump made the comment just before a rally in the swing state of Ohio.

“Nineteen days out from the election, you’ve been labeled a racist, you’ve been called a sexist, how ...” reporter Colleen Marshall, of Columbus’ WCMH-TV, began to ask.

At that point, Trump turned and started to walk away, saying, “Thank you very much.” But he stopped a moment later when she asked how he responded to those criticisms.

“I am the least racist person you’ve ever met,” Trump said.

Really?

Maybe if Donald was running for President in Nazi Germany circa late 1930s and even then I'd still probably doubt it!

He sees no shades of grey or nuance of any kind. A deal is either the best, the greatest deal. The best deal you've ever seen! or it's a disaster. Absolutely the worst. An absolute disaster.

There's no room in high office for people with no concept of nuance. If he thinks he'll be able to sit in a room at the G8 or G20 and take up all the air in the room or bluster his way into a favourable deal by being the biggest, the loudest, just tremendous, believe me, then he's going to have the world's biggest wake-up call. Sorry, Donald, but experienced, intelligent, astute, and powerful world leaders will straight up break you in half if you try to bluster and bluff them. Thing is, you'll drag the USA into that wake-up call with you, and drag the whole thing down with you.

I gotta say it again, thanks so much to women and POC who seem to be saving the collective USA's butt in the electoral college!
