For those who haven't seen this: Hillary's incredible humor and timing

This was first shown (a few things have been edited out) at the Gridiron Dinner in March, 1995 in Washington, an event I was lucky enough to be able to attend. It was the first time I met Clinton and Gore (and Breyer, and Gingrich, and, and ,and--one heady event!). Hillary was off on some diplomatic mission in Pakistan, but left this video. Some said Jay Leno helped in its production, but I never talked with anyone who could confirm that for sure.

I can only imagine how many takes it took for her to do this with a straight face.

If Bill Clinton lost the 1996 bid for re-election, she could always support the family by doing stand-up.

Fortunately for them (and the country!), we never had to find out. But it definitely showed a side of her that few had seen before.
