Hoosier Poll: Trump leads HRC by 6 but Dems lead in race for Senate and Governor
(If Dems win the Senate seat and governorship--those are both gains given the GOP current hold):
It should come as no surprise that Donald Trump has a lead here but its a close race. The WISH-TV/Ball State Hoosier Survey shows Trump with a 6 point lead over Hillary Clinton in Indiana, 43 percent to 37 percent.

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) Democrat Evan Bayh holds a solid lead in his effort to win back a U.S. Senate seat.
A new WISH-TV/Ball State Hoosier Survey shows that Bayh is holding up under negative attacks from Republican Todd Young.
Days after Bayh entered the Senate race in July Democrats released an internal poll that showed him with a 26 point lead. It appeared insurmountable at the time and while the race is now a lot closer, Bayh is still in control.
His lead in the Hoosier Survey is six. Its 49 percent to 43 percent but just six percent are undecided. The polls margin of error is 3.9 percent.

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) Republicans have controlled the governors office for the last 12 years but the WISH-TV/Ball State Hoosier Survey shows Democrat John Gregg with a lead in the 2016 race for governor.
The Hoosier Survey pegs the race at 48 percent for Gregg and 43 percent for Eric Holcomb.
Gregg is in pretty good position, said Ray Scheele, Director Emeritus of the Bowen Center on Public Affairs at Ball State University.
